You should always get inspections, even for new homes!

Some people are mistaken when they think new homes never come with problems.  If you are going to spend close to or more than half a million dollars on a San Jose CA house, shouldn’t you make sure there are no issues with it?  Unless you are a professional home inspector, you will not be able to visually tell when there are problems with the home.  Although a new home in San Jose CA does come with certain warranties, wouldn’t it be nice to know about the problem when you buy instead of years down the road when the home may possibly be out of warranty?

Finding a trusted Realtor to help you buy a home in San Jose CA can be frustrating if you don’t know where to look. If you do not personally know a Realtor that you can trust, the best route would be to ask family, friends or co-workers for a recommendation. Make sure you ask the family member, friend or co-worker the following:
