Should I Get Inspections When Buying A New Home in San Jose CA?

You should always get inspections, even for new homes!

Some people are mistaken when they think new homes never come with problems.  If you are going to spend close to or more than half a million dollars on a San Jose CA house, shouldn’t you make sure there are no issues with it?  Unless you are a professional home inspector, you will not be able to visually tell when there are problems with the home.  Although a new home in San Jose CA does come with certain warranties, wouldn’t it be nice to know about the problem when you buy instead of years down the road when the home may possibly be out of warranty?

Once inspections are completed and if your inspector discovers problems, you can go back and ask the developer to fix the item(s) before you move into your new San Jose CA home.  If the developer is not willing to fix the problems, you can also ask for other concessions.  Please click on type of concessions to ask from the seller for ideas.
